Ashley, a 2020 graduate of Central Michigan University, has a diverse educational background, majoring in Integrated Public Relations with emphases in Communication, Broadcasting, Public Relations, and Journalism. Her passion lies in creativity and storytelling, and she remains dedicated to giving back to the community and helping others. Whether through volunteer work or utilizing her expertise in Marketing and Social Media to bring brands to life, Ashley strives to make a positive impact.

Following her graduation, Ashley relocated from Michigan to Southern Oregon, where she served as a Communications Specialist for a local community health center for two years. In this role, she expanded her skills in technical writing by managing the distribution of COVID-19 communications both internally and externally.

Returning to Michigan in the summer of 2022 to be with her family, Ashley undertook the position of Marketing Coordinator at a local law firm. This experience provided her with valuable insights into a different industry. During her time there, Ashley managed social media, event planning, graphic design, and the production of weekly blog posts.

Transitioning to a new field, Ashley assumed the role of Marketing Communications Specialist at a global engineering and manufacturing company. Here, she took on responsibilities such as monitoring and updating the internal website, managing all social media platforms, writing blog posts and a majority of press releases, as well as engaging in graphic design and video production.

Outside of work, Ashley finds joy in reading new books, occasionally working on her own writing projects, enjoying sports, and spending quality time with her family, as well as her boyfriend and their beagle.
